Delta Air Lines customers who booked flights to, from or through cities expecting flooding or high winds from Hurricane Hanna may adjust their travel schedules without penalty. Customers who purchased tickets by Tuesday and are scheduled to travel Tuesday through Friday through the cities may make a one-time change until Sept. 12.
