CLEMSON — Clemson offensive lineman Barry Humphries will miss the first two games of the upcoming season after a drunken driving arrest.

Coach Dabo Swinney announced the suspension Wednesday. Humphries will miss the Tigers’ opening games against Middle Tennessee and Georgia Tech.

Humphries played in two games last season after tearing a knee ligament and missing spring practice as he recovered from the injury. He was a starter in 2007 at center and guard.
