Four Clemson players heard their names called Thursday during the last round of the Major League Baseball draft.

Clemson second baseman Mike Freeman was drafted the highest Thursday, taken by the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Arizona chose Freeman on the final day of the draft in the 36th round with the 1,086th overall pick. Freeman went undrafted Wednesday after turning down several offers between rounds 5-10, his dad, Bill, said.
