Hugo Aftermath: Pilot recalls damage

Malcolm Lucas, now retired, was a pilot for the S.C. Department of Natural Resources in 1989 when Hugo struck. Lucas flew several missions for the department in the days after the hurricane, including this flight made to document the devastation for the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
