Thumbs up

C.J. Spiller. Who else? See the game's final statistics.

Georgia Tech's offensive line. Watching any offensive line is pretty boring stuff. Watching Georgia Tech's offensive line is a joy. All it does is execute to near perfection.

Georgia Tech coach Paul Johnson, who calls all of his team's plays on offense and does not use a play sheet or anyone to signal the plays to the quarterback. It's all in his head, and he uses running backs to carry the play to the huddle.

Downs

The Raymond James Stadium turf, which endured rain all week and was chewed up during pregame warmups, causing many players to slip throughout.

Clemson snapper Matt Skinner, whose launch following Clemson's second touchdown nearly cleared the head of holder Michael Wade. The failed conversion left the game tied at 13.
