Fairfield Central inbounded the ball from halfcourt with 2.5 seconds to go. Trapp took the ball at the top of the key and dribbled once before draining the game winner.
Marquis Robinson led the Griffins (7-2) with 24 points. Anthony Craig scored 15 points and Trapp added 14. Jamar Gillespie led the Blazers (3-5) with 15 points. Cameron Lee added 13 and Michael Green scored 12.
Ridge View had a chance to seal the victory from the free throw line but was 1-for-11 in the game.
