Following are updates and statistics through Jan. 24 of former Midlands high school athletes now competing at the collegiate level:

Men's Basketball

Auburn senior forward Lucas Hargrove (Richland Northeast): Had 19 points, 10 rebounds in 82-74 loss to Vanderbilt. Had 14 points, six rebounds in 84-80 win over LSU. Averaging 13.3 points, 7.3 rebounds for Tigers (10-10, 1-4 in SEC).

Mississippi Valley State junior forward Shannon Behling (Columbia High): Game-high 27 points on 12-of-18 shooting in 74-73 loss to Texas Southern. Averaging team-best 11.7 points, 6.2 rebounds for Delta Devils (4-15, 3-3 in SWAC).

Armstrong Atlantic State senior forward Marquise Duvall (Spring Valley): Five points, five rebounds, two blocked shots in 75-60 loss to UNC Pembroke. Two rebounds in 65-57 loss to Lander. Averaging 4.2 points, 3.5 rebounds for Pirates (5-12, 0-8 in Peach Belt Conference).

Belmont Abbey sophomore center Kyle Phillips (White Knoll): Had 15 points, three rebounds, four assists, two blocked shots in 83-76 win over Queens. Had 18 points, six rebounds, four assists, five blocked shots in 95-71 win over St. Andrews. Averaging 13.5 points, 4.7 rebounds with 17 blocked shots for Crusaders (8-7, 4-5 in Conference Carolinas).

Coker College junior guard Vatrick Thompson (White Knoll): Six points, one 3-pointer in 67-55 win over Limestone College. Averaging 12.9 points with 24 3-pointers for Cobras (5-9, 2-6 in Conference Carolinas).

Florida Southern senior forward John Thompson (White Knoll): Had 13 points, six rebounds in 76-60 win over Palm Beach Atlantic. Had 19 points, 11 rebounds in 95-89 win over Tampa. Averaging 15.3 points, 8.8 rebounds for Moccasins (16-2, 12-0 in Sunshine State Conference).

Shenandoah senior guard Kenny Robertson (Fairfield Central): Had 12 points, one 3-pointer, nine assists, three steals in 113-98 win over Methodist. Had 10 points, seven rebounds, five assists in 79-73 loss to Greensboro. Averaging 9.2 points, 5.2 rebounds with team-best 84 assists for Hornets (7-12, 3-10 in USA South Conference).

USC Aiken junior guard Byron Faison (Crestwood): Nine points, one 3-pointer in 68-66 win over Lander. Eight points, two 3-pointers, three rebounds, three assists in 92-84 win over Flagler. Averaging team-best 13.6 points with 2.4 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 39 3-pointers for Pacers (11-6, 6-4 in Peach Belt Conference).

USC Aiken sophomore guard Sterling Council (Camden): Two points against Lander. Had 15 points, three 3-pointers against Flagler. Averaging 6.9 points, team-best 3.7 assists.

Barton freshman Robbie Brunson (Irmo): Played 4 minutes, scoring two points and grabbing three rebounds in a 97-63 win over Belmont Abbey on Jan. 18; Played four minutes and scored five points with two rebounds in an 88-72 loss to Mount Olive. Barton is 11-4 overall, 7-1 in the Carolinas Conference.

Women's Basketball

Charleston Southern sophomore forward LeChell Rush (Lee Central): Four points, six rebounds in 65-52 loss to Liberty. Averaging 7.7 points, 5.9 rebounds for Buccaneers (9-9, 0-4 in Big South Conference).

College of Charleston senior center Deidra Jones (Dutch Fork): Had 13 points, 10 rebounds in 54-51 win over UNC-Greensboro. Averaging 9.5 points, 7.1 rebounds for Cougars (13-6, 8-3 in Southern Conference).

Duke senior guard/forward Keturah Jackson (Dreher): Three points, one 3-pointer, five rebounds in 58-57 win over Maryland. Six points, four rebounds, four assists in 69-38 win over Virginia Tech. Averaging 5.4 points, 3.6 rebounds for Blue Devils (17-3, 5-0 in ACC).

High Point junior guard Frances Fields (Sumter): Six points, two rebounds, two assists, two steals in 69-64 win over Presbyterian College. Averaging 6.6 points, 3.3 rebounds with team-best 77 assists.

IUPUI sophomore guard Janna Eichelberger (Airport): Six points in 65-36 loss to Missouri-Kansas City. Averaging 5.5 points, 5.1 rebounds for Jaguars (2-17, 1-7 in Summit League).

Miami freshman guard Morgan Stroman (Lower Richland): Six points, four rebounds in 73-69 loss to Virginia Tech. Had 10 points, two rebounds, two assists in 80-77 win over Maryland. Averaging 8.1 points, 6.2 rebounds for Hurricanes (14-5, 2-3 in ACC).

Morehead State senior guard Tiffanie Stephens (Richland Northeast): Six points, two rebounds in 59-58 win over Eastern Kentucky. Averaging 6.6 points, 2.4 rebounds for Eagles (14-7, 7-2 in Ohio Valley Conference).

Women's Gymnastics

North Carolina junior Karli Jones (Columbia): Finished 10th in vault with 9.175, third in floor exercise with 9.725 in dual meet against William & Mary.

Men's Swimming & Diving

Georgia Tech junior Sam Bendziewicz (Chapin): Ninth in 100-yard breaststroke in 1:00.63 in tri-meet against Virginia Tech, Florida State.

South Carolina sophomore Isaac Badillo (Ridge View): Second in 100-yard backstroke in 51.69, first in 100 butterfly in 49.85 in tri-meet against UNC Wilmington, Vanderbilt.

Clemson sophomore Chase Henderson (White Knoll): Fourth in 100 meter breaststroke at 59.89 and fourth in the 200 Meter breaststroke (2:14.97) Saturday at North Carolina State.

Men's Indoor Track & Field

The Citadel senior Brendan Kight (Sumter): Finished 11th in 1-mile run in 4:24.52 at UNC Classic.

George Mason sophomore Rachaunn Ruffin (Spring Valley): Fourth in 200-meter dash in 21.61 at Virginia Tech Hikie Invitational.

South Carolina junior Scott Pierce (Irmo): Ran on fourth-place 4x400-meter relay team at Virginia Tech Hokie Invitational.

South Carolina sophomore Matt Shuler (White Knoll): Ninth in pole vault with 15-09.75 at Virginia Tech Hokie Invitational.

Women's Indoor Track & Field

Marshall junior Andrea Jackson (Sumter): Third in triple jump with leap of 39-07.75 at Middle Tennessee State Niswonger Invitational.

Western Carolina junior Shalyn McMichael (Spring Valley): Ran first leg on 4x400-meter relay team that won with school-record time of 3:44.47 at Niswonger Invitational.
