Longtime USC commitment wide Sean Tapley of Jacksonville, Fla., will sign with North Carolina this morning.

Tapley confirmed his plans a few minutes ago with the Jacksonville Times-Union.

Tapley committed to USC in November of 2008, the first commitment for the Gamecocks' 2010 class.

"Each school had things I liked," Tapley said. "In the end, I would says the education I would get is what stood out about North Carolina."
