Barrett bus tour to focus on jobs

U.S. Rep. Gresham Barrett will tour the state starting Monday, making five stops to talk about his jobs plan. Barrett is one of four Republicans seeking the party's nomination for governor when voters go to the polls June 8 to choose the Democratic and Republican nominees. He is running against Lt. Gov. Andre Bauer, Lexington state representative Nikki Haley and Attorney General Henry McMaster.

The bus tour is scheduled for four days. Monday the tour will make stops in Anderson, Laurens, Greenwood, McCormick and Aiken.
