We've added 140 new results from health inspections for restaurants, bars, cafeterias and other eateries in Kershaw, Lexington and Richland counties.

The inspections were carried out between June 28 and July 16 by Department of Health and Environmental Control inspectors.

Seven establishments in the area earned exceptional scores between 98 and 100 on unannounced, routine inspections.

A dozen locations received B-level scores between 79 and 86 on their routine inspections, but had or will have the opportunity to improve marks with follow-up inspections. The lowest follow-up score in this period was a 90. Eateries with scores of 88 or higher on routine or follow-up inspections may post an "A" in public view.
