The annual Lake Murray Tip Off tournament at Lexington and White Knoll is the official start of the boys basketball season in the Midlands. The eight-team, four-day event starts on Monday and concludes with place finish games on Friday, Nov. 26.

The tournament schedule:

Monday, Nov. 22

Lexington: Mid-Carolina vs. Blythewood, 6 p.m.; Dreher vs. Lexington, 7:30 p.m.

White Knoll: Dutch Fork vs. Midland Valley, 6 p.m.; Chapin vs. White Knoll, 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, Nov. 23

Lexington: Blythewood vs. Dreher, 6 p.m.; Mid-Carolina vs. Lexington, 7:30 p.m.

White Knoll: Chapin vs. Midland Valley, 6 p.m.; Dutch Fork vs. White Knoll, 7:30 p.m.

Wednesday, Nov. 24

Lexington new gym: White Knoll vs. Midland Valley, 6 p.m.; Blythewood vs. Lexington, 7:30 p.m.

Lexington old gym: Chapin vs. Dutch Fork, 6 p.m.; Mid-Carolina vs. Dreher, 7:30 p.m.

Friday, Nov. 26

White Knoll big gym: ; Fifth place game, 4 p.m.; Third place game, 5:30 p.m.; Championship, 7 p.m.

White Knoll small gym: Seventh place game, 4 p.m.
