Matt Devine headline the Sumter performance last weekend at the 39th annual WRAL Invitational wrestling tournament in Raleigh (NC). Devine claimed runner-up honors at 140 pounds, winning four of his five matches. The Gamecocks finished in 13th place with 76 team points.

Hayden Raabe (3-2 at 145), David Baldwin (4-2 at 152), Trevor Jahnke (2-3 at 215) and Korey Pollard (3-3 at 285) were the other Sumter entries to earn place finishes.
