The Third Army will have its final Change of Command ceremony at Fort McPherson in Atlanta this morning at 9:30 a.m., before its move to Shaw Air Force Base this summer.

The Third Army was based at Fort McPherson for 50 years but moving out as the fort is closed.

In the ceremony, Lt. Gen. William G. Webster will turn over command to Maj. Gen. Vincent K. Brooks.
