RICHLAND 2: The Lake Carolina Elementary Recycling Club gave out recycling bin stickers at the Harbor Lights event last month. The stickers are to help people understand the items that can and cannot be placed in Richland County recycle bins. Club members are working to educate the community on recycling properly as part of one of the school’s service learning projects.
