SCHOOLS

KERSHAW COUNTY

BYRON JOHNSON has been named principal for Camden Middle School for the 2012-13 school year, replacing Jeff Jordan, who retired. Johnson was previously assistant principal.

WENDY CAMPBELL has been named assistant principal at Stover Middle School; Campbell previously taught English and choir at Lugoff-Elgin High School.

CHAD DIXON has been named assistant principal at North Central High School; Dixon was previously physical education teacher and administrative assistant at North Central High.

BRITT GARDNER has been named assistant principal at Lugoff-Elgin High; Gardner has served as a physical education and weight training teacher at North Central High School since 2009.

LEXINGTON 1

CINDY PARRISH has been named principal at Gilbert Primary School. Parrish previously served as assistant principal at Pleasant Hill Elementary.

JAMES P. KIMPTON has been named assistant administrator at Red Bank Elementary School. Kimpton comes to Red Bank from Varennes Academy of Communications and Technology in Anderson District 5.

DAWN B. HARDEN has been named assistant administrator at Red Bank Elementary School; Harden was previously a fourth-grade teacher at Gilbert Elementary.

DIANE B. THOMAS is the new assistant principal at Rocky Creek Elementary School, transferring from her post as assistant principal at Red Bank Elementary.

LEXINGTON 2

JULIE KACZOR has been named principal at Northside Elementary School; she has served as assistant principal at Northside for six years.

RICHLAND 2

BARON DAVIS has been named principal at Spring Valley High School. Davis served as assistant administrator and assistant principal at Spring Valley from 1999-2006 under Greg Owings, who retired in June.

KATIE WALL has been named principal at Kelly Mill Middle School, replacing Michaele Lemrow, who retired in June. Wall previously served as an assistant principal in the Clover School District.

KASEENA JACKSON has been named principal at Langford Elementary School, replacing Felix Figueroa, who retired in June. Jackson was previously Langford Elementary’s assistant principal.

KAREN BEAMAN has been named principal at Nelson Elementary School; succeeding Maree Price, who retired in June. Beaman previously served as assistant principal at Rice Creek Elementary.
