Wonida Welch has been named the new regional manager at Homeowners Mortgage Enterprises where she will oversee branch operations in Columbia, Charleston and Sumter. A veteran of the mortgage industry with more than 20 years of experience, Welch was named the Top Loan Officer in 2007 by the S.C. State Housing Authority and Mortgage Banker of the Year in 2001.
