Gov. Nikki Haleys response to a reporter. Of 1,108 voters, 861, or 73 percent, said they thought Gov. Haleys refusal to answer a reporters question Wednesday was an inappropriate expression of the governors displeasure with a journalist or journalists publication. Twenty-seven percent, or 319 voters, said the governors refusal to answer was a proper expression of the governors displeasure.
