Jennifer Harding has been named vice president of relocation services for Russell & Jeffcoat. Harding has an extensive background in business and was named the 2011 recipient of the Central Carolina Realtor Association’s President’s Award. She also is active in the community, including serving on the board of directors for the Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia and as a Junior Achievement volunteer.
