A ZUMBATHON TO BENEFIT KEN STEVENSON will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mount Pilgrim Baptist Church, 9300 Farrow Road. Stevenson, who has been diagnosed with end-stage renal failure and has developed pulmonary fibrosis, is in need of a lung/kidney transplant. SENIOR RESOURCES will hold a pet food drive for Meals on Wheels pets noon-4 p.m. Thursday at 2817 Millwood Ave. Volunteers with the United Way Day of Caring will be in the parking lot to accept donations of unopened dry dog or cat food (preferably 20 pounds or smaller). PALMETTO HEALTH CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL is in need of stuffed animals for its pediatric patients. The animals will be given to patients and later taken home with the children.
