Richland County Sheriff Lott is shocked by a stun gun Monday morning at a charity fundraiser Monday morning.

Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott was "Tazed" by a stun gun for two seconds Monday morning at a charity golf tournament raising money for the Midlands sheriff's department. For each thousand dollars raised, Lott was shocked for an additional second.
