THE CAROLINA CUP RACING ASSOCIATION will offer free tickets to active and retired members of the military and their families to the 43rd annual Marion du Pont Scott Colonial Cup International Steeplechase race slated for Nov. 17 at the Springdale Race Course in Camden. Three thousand tickets and 500 reserved parking spaces will be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis. PALMETTO HEALTH CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL is in need of stuffed animals for its pediatric patients. The animals will be given to patients and later taken home with the children.
