Richland County Sheriff’s deputies are searching for a half-dozen men said to have carjacked a 2003 Ford Focus early Sunday morning.
The incident took place about 2 a.m. near the 2700 block of Broad River Road where deputies had responded to a report of a brawl taking place, sheriff’s spokesman Curtis Wilson said Sunday.
While deputies were on the scene investigating the fight, a man reported the carjacking, Wilson said.
