Lanneau W. Lambert Jr. has been elected secretary of the National Conference of Bar Presidents, which provides information and training to state and local bar association leaders. Lambert, a past president of the South Carolina Bar, will succeed to the office of treasurer in 2012, president-elect in 2014 and president in 2015. A shareholder in the Columbia office of Turner, Padget, Graham & Laney, he serves as practice group leader for the firm’s business transactions practice.
