Lexington 1 superintendent Karen Woodward got an A-plus in her latest report card from the school board.
Woodward, who has overseen classrooms there for 12 years, received a $6,500 pay raise to $181,403 a year.
Board chair Cynthia Smith said Woodward displays vision, strong leadership and management abilities, assuring students are prepared for college or careers upon high school graduation.
Woodward undergoes a performance evaluation each year.
