Officers received written consent to search the home, where they say they found meth-making materials and marijuana in plain view. Officers also found a substance that field tested positive for cooked meth inside a trash can in the backyard, according to reports, and a powder-form meth allegedly found in a plastic bag on the suspect.
Galloway was being held at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) assisted Columbia police with the investigation.
