Published: November 6, 2012

— A man from Guatemala was killed Monday night after he crashed his moped on Lincoln Street.

Selso Tayun was not wearing a helmet when he lost control of the moped, Coroner Gary Watts said. Tayun’s age and local address were not available, Watts said.

Tayun was leaving work at local restaurant. He was thrown from the moped and died at the scene from massive head trauma, Watts said.
