Arrests made in Lexington County storage facility break-ins

Published: November 8, 2012

— A man and woman accused of breaking into a storage facility near Batesburg-Leesville have been arrested.

Corenia Marie Hanna, 31, and Stokes “Trey” Moseley III, 33, were both arrested after police accused them of breaking into two storage units on Cedar Grove Road Tuesday afternoon and stole several items.

A man renting storage space at the facility spotted Hanna and the baby at the facility Tuesday and held her there until deputies arrived.

Moseley was arrested at his home on a previously issued warrant for a July 16 incident where he was accused of receiving a utility trailer containing motorcycle equipment. Deputies found several items reported stolen from the unit in Moseley’s truck and the utility trailer and motorcycle equipment at his house.

Mosley faces charges of third-degree burglary and receiving stolen goods. Hanna is charged with third-degree burglary and unlawful neglect of a child by a legal custodian.
