WINNSBORO, SC — A former Winnsboro public safety officer has been charged with attempted murder following an investigation by the SC State Law Enforcement Division.
Michael Bernard Roseboro, 43, Neason Lane, Winnsboro, was arrested Wednesday by SLED agents after the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Department requested the investigation, SLED said.
According to an arrest warrant in the case, Roseboro is accused of trying to kill Takisha Roseboro by shooting her. The warrant cited witnesses reporting Michael Roseboro was seen standing over the victim with a handgun and firing a single shot at an address on Eighth Street in Fairfield County.
