LEXINGTON-RICHLAND 5: Chapin Elementary student RJ Rikard greets veterans at the Chapin Elementary Veterans Day Celebration. The celebration included a police escort for veterans who arrived on motorcycles and a caravan of cars, recognition of each of the military branches, a patriotic concert and a reception for veterans.
