Drive-through lights
Holiday Lights on the River, which started Nov. 21, goes into overdrive on Fridays and Saturdays with Winter Wonder Rides. Thats a 125-foot downhill tube right through a series of lighted arches. $2 per slide in addition to the $10 per car admission to the drive-through lights show. Its from 6-10 p.m. at Saluda Shoals Park, 5605 Bush River Road, Columbia.

Two Rooms is a serious theater production that delves into the emotional fallout, both at home and overseas, from an American being held hostage in Beirut, Lebanon. The show begins at 8 p.m. at the center, which is in Richland Mall at 3400 Forest Drive. $15. More performances on Nov. 30, Dec. 1 and Dec. 2.

Christmas music tradition
