Thursday: Graham marches to McCain’s beat

Published: November 29, 2012

Here we go again with the attacks on U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice; it’s another in the McCain Productions serial “Sycophants Ride Again,” still starring that ever-popular Lindsey Graham. If John McCain turned on a dime tomorrow and deemed the ambassador as worthy of the top post at the State Department, Lindsey Graham would be leading the charge for confirmation.

If Sen. Graham has the appetite for a “Watergate style” investigation, I say direct it first at a known attack on our election process by the firm hired by the Republican National Convention, caught red-handed in the manipulation and/or destruction of voter registration applications. How about the billions spent with the mercenary forces of the former Blackwater, now known as Academi, who have been implicated in numerous murders.

Sen. Graham could moderate his hyperventilation by a simple search on YouTube. There he can discover Ambassador Rice in a “Meet the Press” video clearly qualifying her comments regarding the Benghazi incident, saying that, “putting together the best information that we have available to us today, our current assessment ….”
