Frank Caggiano’s Thursday letter, “Graham marches to McCain’s beat,” was extremely disrespectful of Sens. Lindsey Graham and John McCain. It is this kind of language that fosters the poor relations between the two major political parties.

I understand their hesitation about appointing U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice to be secretary of state. Mr. Caggiano quotes Rice as saying “putting together the best information that we have available to us today, our current assessment....” We now know that was not the best information that they had available so why did she say it was? It is a very simple question that she has failed to give a consistent answer to.
