Richland County, SC — Let’s see if I got this straight: You are in charge and you don’t know what went wrong. Did you sleep through the election or did you go on vacation and ask not to be disturbed?

If you are in charge you are supposed to know what’s going on. Isn’t that why you are put in charge? It seems like the cover-ups continue, all the way from federal government to the county government. And all we are going to do is hold hearings so we can read from prepared statements that give no answers to anything. If this were private business, heads would roll. Another example of the good-ol’-boy system at work. Let’s have more hearings and maybe this will blow over in time, say our leaders.

And, again, South Carolina is the laughing stock of the nation.
