Richland County, SC — After watching the video of Lillian McBride’s testimony, I have four questions.

1. What, if any, qualifications does she have that could conceivably justify her salary?

2. Who decided that she was the best candidate for the job?

3. Were any other candidates interviewed?

4. Why is she still on the job?

The fact that we have such a stunningly incompetent person in this important position is a travesty.

The fact that she is paid $89,000 is disgusting.
