Columbia police searching for flasher

— Two women reported seeing a man with his pants around his ankles as they walked Sunday afternoon in the 400 block of Pickens Street.

The women were walking about 1 p.m. when the man stepped from behind some trees and exposed himself, Columbia police reported. The man also touched himself in front of the women.

He fled when one of the victims screamed, police reported. He was wearing a black hoodie and covered his face with his hands.

The victims were not physically injured in the incident.
