LEXINGTON COUNTY, SC — Three men, including two brothers, face charges in connection with the theft of more than $8,000 in tools from a business on Lott Court near West Columbia, the Lexington County Sheriffs Department said Thursday.
Arrested Wednesday were:
Charles William McCorkle, 42, of Pelion, on a charge of receiving stolen goods. McCorkle was released Thursday after posting bond.
Christopher Todd Taylor, 28, of Pelion, on charges of second-degree burglary and grand larceny. He was being held Thursday at the detention center.
Cliffton Scott Taylor, 26, of West Columbia, on charges of second-degree burglary and grand larceny. He was being held Thursday at the detention center.
Warrants allege that at about 2 a.m. Tuesday, the Taylor brothers broke into a glass business and took tools that McCorkle then received.
