Michael Hubbard has been appointed to serve as the associate vice president for the Division of Institutional Advancement at South Carolina State University.

Hubbard will be responsible for the oversight of key University areas including fundraising and development and the Offices of Alumni Relations, Campus Relations and University Relations and Marketing. He also will serve as executive director of the South Carolina State University Education Foundation. Hubbard previously served as group manager for Science and Engineering Education Programs at the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education in Tennessee.
