Participants in Saturday's Wreaths Across America event honored fallen veterans by laying wreaths at military graves across the country.

Daljah Wright, a cadet in the Hilton Head Island High School NJROTC program, decorates a veteran's grave at Six Oaks Cemetery in Pea Pines as part of Saturday's national Wreaths Across America wreath laying ceremony. Volunteers laid wreaths on the graves of 452 veterans buried in the cemetery during the third annual observance.
