Monday: Check-in process caused delays

Published: December 17, 2012

— If the penny-on-the-dollar sales tax had been defeated there would be no complaints. The tax increase for buses is necessary. I rode the bus to my state government job from 1975 to 1982. I did not have a car.

The delay in voting was caused by the check-in procedure; only two people were checked in at a time and they had finished voting by the time the next two were checked in. The people doing the check-in were very slow.

It is not Lillian McBride’s problem, it is that no one with computer skills volunteered to assist with the check-in.
