Dr. Louis B. Lynn, president of ENVIRO AgScience, has been named the winner of the Minority Business Development Agency’s 2012 Ronald H. Brown Leadership Award from the U.S. Department of Commerce. The award recognizes leaders who have created diversity in the public or private sector. Lynn also was one of 30 small business owners invited to take part in a White House briefing for minority business leaders about the fiscal cliff. Established in 1985, ENVIRO AgScience has grown into one of the largest African American-owned landscape and construction firms in South Carolina.
