Heathwood Hall earned a fourth game at the CresCom Bank Holiday Invitational girls basketball tournament with a consolation bracket win over Atlantic (FL) on Friday at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center.

The Highlanders (5-5) prevailed 61-54 to earn a spot in Saturday’s fifth-place game at 3:15 p.m.

AS’ja Wilson posted her third consecutive double-double in another excellent all-around performance. The 6-foot-5 junior poured in 27 points, pulled down 20 rebounds and blocked three shots, not to mention eight assists and two steals. Victoria Dickerson tallied 12 points behind Wilson.
