To avoid another tragic situation like what happened in Connecticut, I feel it is time that we start training our teachers by educating them in the use of firearms for the protection of our precious children. I suggest having weapons training and the possibility of getting to a weapon in time to insure the safety of our children instead of having administrators and teachers running to their rescue with nothing to protect themselves with in hand.

This may sound harsh, but the shooter in Connecticut knew he was going into an area with no resistance. It is now time for us to stand up against evil doers and ways.
