M. Craig Garner Jr. has been elected to his fourth term as president of the South Carolina Higher Education Foundation where he says he will work to increase awareness and access to all aspects of higher education for South Carolina. Garner is a shareholder of McNair Law Firm and serves as its counsel. In addition, he serves as a director of First Citizens Bancorporation and chairs its Audit and Risk and Trust Committees.
