Richland County


Columbia City Council: A 2 p.m. Tuesday work session at the former Eau Claire town hall, 3905 Ensor Ave. at Monticello Road. Council again will discuss water and sewer rates.

At 6 p.m. Tuesday, council moves its regular meeting to A.C. Moore Elementary School, 333 Etiwan Ave. Council is to vote on naming a new city manager and to extend the sales contract for Capital City Stadium to a shopping center developer.

Richland County Planning Commission: 1 p.m. Monday at the Richland County Administration Building, 2020 Hampton St., Columbia.

Columbia City Council: 2 p.m. Tuesday at Eau Claire print building, 3907 Ensor Ave. and 6 p.m. Tuesday at A.C. Moore Elementary, 333 Etiwan Ave.

Forest Acres City Council: 5:15 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall, 5205 North Trenholm Road.

Richland County Council: Tuesday at 4 p.m. is the swearing-in of council members beginning new terms, followed at 5 p.m. by an economic development committee meeting and at 6 p.m. a meeting of the full council, county administration building, 2020 Hampton St., Columbia.


Richland 1 Board: 7 p.m. Tuesday at district headquarters, 1616 Richland St., Columbia

Richland 2 Board: 7 p.m. Tuesday at Polo Road Elementary, 1250 Polo Road, Columbia

Lexington County


West Columbia City Council: 4:30 today and 6 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall, 200 N. 12th St.

Lexington Town Council: 6:30 tonight at Town Hall, 111 Maiden Lane

Lexington County Council: 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at county administration building, 212 S. Lake Dr., Lexington

Cayce City Council: 6 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall, 1800 12th St.

Springdale Town Council 6 p.m. Tuesday at Town Hall, 2915 Platt Springs Road

Pine Ridge Town Council: 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Town hall, 2757 Fish Hatchery Road

Chapin Town Council: 7 p.m. Tuesday at Town Hall, 103 Columbia Ave.

Gaston Town Council: 7 p.m. Tuesday at Town Hall, 131 N. Carlisle St.

Pelion Town Council: 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Town Hall, 1010 Main St.


Lexington 3 Board: 7:30 tonight at Batesburg-Leesville High, 600 Summerland Ave., Batesburg-Leesville
