LEXINGTON COUNTY, SC Wrenn Barrett, a former top state highway engineer, is Lexington County’s new public works director.
His 30-year-career also includes working in utilities for Columbia City Hall and for private companies.
Barrett takes over the post from John Fechtel, who was promoted to deputy county administrator.
