Marvin Yancey, 78, shovels compost for his future garden of okra and butter beans in the Olympia neighborhood where he has lived for over fifty years. The recent warm weather has allowed Yancey to get alot of work done in his yard. "If the weathers not cold I've got to stay outside," said Yancey.
