Richland County, SC — Lillian McBride has been rehired in the No. 2 position in the Richland County Elections and Voter Registration office. What a farce.

Lillian McBride demonstrated she is unqualified, inept and unable to manage. The decision of the elections commission demonstrates that its members are inept and incapable of making proper leadership decisions. They should all resign immediately to restore public confidence.
