Joseph Gaskin has joined Construction Science and Engineering Inc. as a senior professional engineer.


Jill Jemison and Lori Kinley have been appointed to the South Carolina Museum Commission by Gov. Nikki Haley.


The American Society of Plastic Surgeons elected Dr. Gary R. Culbertson, director of the Iris Surgery Center in Sumter, as chairman of the Ethics Committee.
