Columbia, SC — So Sens. Nikki Setzler, a Democrat, and John Courson, a Republican — both caring conservatives — have introduced legislation to place police in schools to protect my grandchildren against wackos with guns. Fine; but how do we (you and I) the taxpayers pay for this new expense?
President Obama also wants $4 billion to pay for more police as part of his gun control plan, but I did not see how he plans to pay for this new spending either.
