• Palmetto Utilities will be closed today.

• Lexington’s Joint Municipal Water and Sewer Commission offices will be closed today.

• Richland County Recreation Commission offices, recreation and community centers will be closed today. LinRick golf course will open.

• Richland Library, including the main library and all branch locations, will be closed today.
